The Team tab and the leaderboard

How the leaderboard ranks your team, how to change the period and sort it, and what managers see on the Territories view.

The Team tab ranks everyone in your organization side by side. Everyone sees the full leaderboard, reps included.

Read the leaderboard

Each row is one active member of your organization, shown by first name. Your own row is highlighted, and the top three get a trophy, a medal and a ribbon. Members with no activity in the period still appear, with zeros.

ColumnWhat it counts
DoorsKnocks logged in the period. Every visit counts; lead pins don't.
ConvosKnocks with any outcome except Not Home, Failed Knock, Renter and Never Knock.
HrsHours worked, estimated from the time between knocks.
ApptsAppointments the person booked in the period.
DealsLeads the person created in the period that are now Won.
kWhThe Est. kWh of those deals, added up.

These follow the same rules as the Stats tab. See What the numbers on Stats mean for the details.

Change the period

Tap Today, Week, Month or Range. Range shows two date boxes: pick the first and last day you want, and both days are included.

Days follow your organization's time zone, so everyone's "today" starts and ends at the same moment. The leaderboard refreshes each time you open the Team tab.

Sort it

The leaderboard starts sorted by Doors, most first. Tap another number column's heading to rank by it instead, and tap it again to flip the order. The rank numbers follow whichever column you sorted by. On a phone, swipe the table sideways to see every column.

Territories

Who can do this: managers and admins

Managers and admins also see a Territories view next to Leaderboard. Each territory card shows who it's assigned to, when it expires, and its Knocks, Leads, Mtgs (appointments), Won and kWh. Only activity located inside the territory counts, from the day it was drawn until it expires.

A territory's status is one of:

  • Active: in use.
  • Expired: its expiry date has passed.
  • 💤 Auto-disabled: nobody has knocked inside it for 8 days.
  • Inactive: someone turned it off.

Tap a territory to see its full numbers and the leads inside it. From there, Edit changes its name, expiry date and assigned reps, Deactivate or Reactivate turns it off or on, and the bin icon deletes it. To reactivate a territory whose expiry date has passed, edit the date first.

Managers and admins also have a people icon at the top of the Team tab that opens your organization's member list.
