Reviewing your AutoKnock day

Find the days with work left, check what the app heard at each door in Quick Review, then approve and submit.

Pick a day

On the Auto tab, the date is a menu, for example Today (22, 4 pend). The first number counts doors where AutoKnock proposed something; the second counts what still needs you. The menu lists today, your last five days out, and any older day with pending work. The arrows step through every day you walked.

Recordings and Addresses

Recordings lists the day's recordings, newest first. Tap Play to listen, or open a recording to read its transcript and tap Play from here on any passage.

Addresses lists every address you passed, in order, each with a dot. Tap ▶ on a row to open its recording.

  • Gray: nothing to do. Nothing proposed (yet), or you rejected it all.
  • Red: needs you. A proposal is waiting, the address couldn't be found, or a submit failed.
  • Yellow: reviewed and ready to submit.
  • Green: done. Submitted, or already covered by what you logged by hand.

Quick Review

Tap Quick Review under the day's totals, or on the card that appears after you stop. Doors are grouped into Needs you, Ready to submit, Done and, collapsed, Already logged by hand.

For each door:

  1. Tap the time (▶ 12:09 PM) to hear that moment. The chip says whether consent was heard: consent stated, not stated or unknown.
  2. Check the proposals. Every field is editable in the row, and a changed field shows what the app heard underneath.
  3. Tap ✕ to reject a single proposal, or Undo to take back a decision.
  4. Tap Approve to approve everything on the door, with your edits.
  5. The door moves to Ready to submit. Tap Submit.

The header has Approve all (N) and Submit all (N). Approve all skips No match doors (below), and Submit all sends only doors that are ready.

Doors the app couldn't place

When what you said doesn't fit where the GPS put you, the door appears as No match at the top of Needs you, with the words it heard. Tap Pick a walked address to choose from your day, or Add address to type one and tap Add. If the address can't be found, the row says unresolved — pick a real match and offers a Did you mean… list. A No match door can't be approved until it's placed, and no door is submitted without a real address.

What submitting creates

Knocks become pins on the Map, dated to when you were at the door. Leads go to Leads, appointments to Schedule, and notes on the door's lead (or its knock pin if there's no lead). They count in your stats like anything you enter by hand.

A submitted door is grayed out, with links such as View pin on map, Open lead and Open appointment. Make later changes there. If a door fails, it shows the reason; fix it and tap Resubmit.

When the door already has records

AutoKnock avoids duplicates and changes nothing until you approve. The row tells you what will happen:

  • You logged it by hand: what was heard is added to your knock. If the outcome differs, you pick which one to keep.
  • A lead already exists: empty fields are filled in (will fill). Filled fields stay as they are (kept: …), and what was heard is saved as a dated note. If it's another rep's lead that you can't edit, it isn't changed; what was heard goes on your knock as a note.
  • An appointment already exists: the same date and time links to it. A different time is still added, with a warning, so you can reject it.
