Reviewing a rep's AutoKnock day
Admins and managers can open any rep's AutoKnock days to listen, read transcripts and see what was submitted, without changing anything.
Who can do this: admins and managers.
You can open any AutoKnock day of anyone in your organization. Everything is view only: you can listen and read, but nothing you do changes the rep's day.
Open a rep's day
- Open the Auto tab. You start on your own days, under My days.
- Tap Review reps.
- Pick a rep. The list shows everyone in your organization who has used AutoKnock, most recently active first, with when they were last out. My own days takes you back to yours.
- The rep's day opens with their name and view only under the title.
- Use the date menu or the arrows to move between the rep's days. The menu shows the same (N, M pend) counts the rep sees, so you can spot days with work still waiting.
- Tap Reps to go back to the list.
What you can see
- Recordings: every recording that day. Tap Play to listen, or open a recording to read its transcript and tap Play from here on any passage. A recording whose audio has been deleted shows No audio, but its transcript is still there. See AutoKnock audio, privacy and consent.
- Addresses: every address the rep passed, in order, with the same colored dots and by hand markers the rep sees. Once a door is submitted, its row links to what was created, such as View pin on map or Open lead.
- Quick Review: the rep's review screen in read-only form. You see each door's proposals, what the rep approved or rejected, the consent chip, and any failed submits with the reason. Tap the time on a door to hear that moment.
For what the dots and groups mean, see Reviewing your AutoKnock day.
What you can't do
The rep's day belongs to the rep. On their view you won't see these controls:
- Approve, Approve all, reject (✕) or Undo
- Editing a proposal's fields
- Submit, Submit all or Resubmit
- Placing a No match door
- Keep on a recording, or choosing how long to keep it
- Starting or stopping the rep's session
If something needs fixing, ask the rep to do it from their own Auto tab. Records they have already submitted can be edited in the usual places, such as Leads, if your role allows it.
Note: You can still use AutoKnock yourself. Your own days work exactly as they do for a rep, with all the controls.
