Join your team and sign in

Create your account with the invite code from your manager, sign in with a password or an email link, and join another organization.

You join SolarKnock through your company. Your manager or admin gives you an invite code, or sends it to you in an email from SolarKnock. The code decides your starting role: a Sales Rep code, a Closer code or a Manager code.

Create your account

  1. Open https://app.solarknock.com.
  2. On the sign-in screen, tap Invite Code.
  3. Enter your Full Name, Email and the Invite Code.
  4. Choose a password (at least 8 characters) under Create Password, and type it again under Confirm Password.
  5. Tap Create Account.

You're in your team straight away. If you see Invite code not recognized, check the code with your manager. If the email is already registered, tap Password and sign in instead.

The form also has an optional checkbox about SMS notifications. It isn't required: leave it unticked and your account works exactly the same.

Sign in

  • With a password: tap Password, enter your Email and Password, and tap Sign In.
  • With an email link: tap Magic Link, enter your email and tap Send Sign-In Link. Open the email and tap Sign in. The link works for 30 minutes and only once.

Forgot your password?

  1. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? Sign in via email link → and send yourself a sign-in link.
  2. Once you're in, go to the Profile tab and tap Change Password.
  3. Tap Send Code. We email you a 6-digit code that works for 15 minutes.
  4. Enter the code, type your new password twice and tap Save Password.

An admin in your organization can also set a new password for you; see Manage team members.

Note: If you see Your account has been deactivated, your organization has disabled your access. Ask your admin to restore it.

Join another organization

You can belong to more than one organization, for example if you work with two companies.

  1. Go to the Profile tab.
  2. In the Organization tile, tap Join Organization.
  3. Enter the invite code and tap Request to Join.

The confirmation reads Pending Approval. With a Sales Rep code, that's what happens: an admin or manager in that organization has to approve you. With a Closer or Manager code you're added right away and SolarKnock moves you into that organization.

The Organization tile on Profile always shows the organization you're working in. There's no organization switcher in the app today; if you need to move between organizations, tap Contact Us on the Profile tab (see Contacting support).
