What the numbers on Stats mean

How Doors, Convo Pins, Leads, Appts, Deals, hours and the rates are counted, which period they cover, and who sees whose numbers.

The Stats tab (its page is titled Dashboard) shows how many doors you knocked and what came of them. Every number is counted the same way here, on the Team tab and on the Map.

Pick a period

Tap Today, This Week, This Month or Last 12 (the last 12 months), or tap Past Month ▾ to pick a calendar month. The screen opens on Today.

Days follow your organization's time zone, not your phone's, so "today" runs from midnight to midnight where your team works. The numbers refresh about once a minute.

What each number counts

NumberWhat counts
DoorsEvery knock logged in the period. Each visit counts, so knocking the same door twice is two doors.
Convo PinsKnocks with any outcome except Not Home, Failed Knock, Renter and Never Knock. The chips under it split the total by outcome.
LeadsLeads created in the period. Picking Lead, Follow-up, Closer or Closed Deal at a door creates or updates a lead, and so does adding one by hand.
ApptsAppointments booked in the period, credited to whoever booked them, even when a closer runs them. A door marked Closer isn't an appointment until one is booked.
DealsLeads created in the period that are now Won. Marking a door Closed Deal marks its lead Won.
Hours WorkedAn estimate from your knock times. The gap between two knocks counts if it's an hour or less; a longer break, and your last knock, count as 15 minutes each.
Conversation RateConvo Pins ÷ Doors.
Conversion RateAppts ÷ Convo Pins.
Closing Rate — ConversationsDeals ÷ Convo Pins.
Closing Rate — LeadsDeals ÷ Leads.
Upcoming ApptsAppointments dated today or later that aren't completed. This ignores the period.

Tap the (i) next to a rate for a short explanation. Rates show green, amber or red depending on how strong they are.

Note: Every lead also gets a pin on the map. Those lead pins aren't knocks, so they never add to Doors or Convo Pins.

A deal is counted in the period its lead was created, whenever it was won. A lead from March that closes in May adds to March's Deals, so older periods can still go up.

Tap Leads to open the Leads tab filtered to the same period, and to the same rep when you're looking at one.

Top Performers and Knock List

Top Performers lists the ten people with the most doors in the period, with their doors, conversations, appointments, deals and both rates.

Knock List shows the knocks your organization logged, newest first. Pick a name to see one rep, tap the pin icon to find a knock on the map, and edit or delete your own knocks. It shows the latest knock at each address, so its count can be lower than Doors.

Pipeline — All Time

At the bottom, Pipeline — All Time counts the leads you can see on the Leads tab by status, whatever period is picked.

Who sees whose numbers

  • Reps see their own numbers under Sales Rep Performance.
  • Managers and admins can switch between Team Totals (everyone in the organization added together, plus Team Hours and Active Members, the people who knocked at least once) and Sales Rep Performance (their own numbers).
  • Admins also get a Rep: picker in Sales Rep Performance to view any rep.

Only active members are counted. If someone is disabled, their numbers drop out of the team totals.
